About Tickets

Buy 3+ corporate tickets and the discount applies automatically at checkout. The more people, the bigger the discount (up to 25% for 15+ people).

Corporate tickets are for in-house TA professionals and HR teams. Service Provider tickets are for vendors, agencies and suppliers.

Service Provider tickets are for HR service providers and suppliers who want to connect with HR and recruitment professionals and present their products or services. Each ticket type includes access for up to 5 people from the same company. Please note that these tickets are not eligible for coupon discounts or group offers, as they are designed for vendors looking to network and build business relationships within the recruitment industry.

Absolutely. In the ticketing platform, enter your email and you’ll be able to change the participant info via the Cart menu. If any trouble, just contact us at finance@dtcsolution.org at least 2 days before the conference.

After the event, we will send all participants a viewable version of the recorded presentations, so you don’t have to miss the parallel presentations.

If you still decide to cancel your participation, please contact us at finance@dtcsolution.org. Please note that cancellations made within 19 days prior to the event date will still be subject to payment/non-credit. You can also read more about the cancellation conditions in our General Terms and Conditions.

You may cancel your ticket by contacting us at finance@dtcsolution.org. But keep in mind: cancellations within 19 days before the event are subject to payment (i.e. non-credit). After that, tickets can be transferred to another person (within your company) but are non-refundable.

Yes! During checkout, fill in your PO number under the billing details. It will show up on your proforma invoice automatically. If you prefer to pay by invoice: buy the tickets online first, then email us at finance@dtcsolution.org and request the invoice. We’ll send it to you (usually not earlier than the month of the event).

No, we issue only an advance invoice containing the full amount. A separate “zero-balance final invoice” won’t be sent.

Event Access

Full access to all sessions, workshops, exhibition area, lunch on Day 1, coffee breaks, afterparty and conference materials.

Sure, but tickets are for both days. We recommend attending both to get full value.

Yes! All tickets include entrance to the official afterparty on the first day.
